Guidelines

To ensure the best experience for both you and your artist, we ask that you take a moment to review the following before your session.

01.

You need to be 18 or older — no exceptions. Come on time, come alone, and come sober. No guests, no alcohol, no drugs. It keeps the session focused and the space calm for everyone.

Have a shower before you arrive. It's a small thing, but it matters.

03.

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. It's non-refundable, and it secures your artist's time as much as yours. Each artist at Luto has their own terms around pricing and rescheduling — make sure you've understand them before you book.

04.

Any questions about your design, placement, or what to expect should go straight to your artist. They'll take care of you.

05.

We're in a shared building on Fredensgade, so please be mindful of the neighbours — keep it quiet and leave the space as you found it.
